Keyboard Shortcut Behaviour

The Keyboard Shortcut behaviour can be attached to any object. When the object has the keyboard focus and the defined key combination is pressed by the user, objects can be shown, hidden or animated or the interaction can be judged complete.

Keyboard Shortcut Behaviour Properties

Ctrl down

Whether the Ctrl key needs to be held down to perform the keyboard shortcut.

Alt down

Whether the Alt key needs to be held down to perform the keyboard shortcut.

Shift down

Whether the Shift key needs to be held down to perform the keyboard shortcut.

Key to press

The letter, number or symbol key that the user needs to press to perform the shortcut.

Or special key

The special key that needs to be pressed to perform the shortcut.

Show objects

Multi-select list of objects on the current page to be shown when the shortcut is performed by the user.

Hide objects

Multi-select list of objects on the current page to be hidden when the shortcut is performed.

Toggle visibility

If objects are being shown or hidden, whether to toggle their visibility when the shortcut is performed subsequent times.

Animate objects

Multi-select list of objects to receive an animation start message when the shortcut is performed.

Assess correct

Whether the interaction should be marked as correct when the shortcut is performed.
