What is Content Creator?

Content Creator is a Windows desktop application designed to:

• Allow Digital Learning Solutions content developers to create interactive web-based learning and assessment content for delivery through the Digital Learning Solutions Tracking System
• Work seamlessly with the Digital Learning Solutions Content Management System
• Create materials that will play in all browsers without using plugins
