Elevating delegate permissions
Centre Managers have the facility to elevate a delegate account to grant Admin, Supervisor or Content Manager permissions to delegates.
This facility is only available if:
- The delegate account has a password set.
- The delegate account has an associated email address that is not already linked to an admin account.
Delegates who meet these criteria will have a Promote to Admin / Supervisor button available in the Is Admin column. |
To elevate permissions:
- Click the Promote to Admin / Supervisor button.
- Use the popup form to grant user roles and specify a Learning Category (if required).
Where your centre has no roles available in a particular category, the controls allowing you to assign that role will be disabled.
You cannot change the Centre Manager role using this interface. To change the Centre Manager role for your centre, please raise a Support Ticket.
