The Border Properties Panel
The border properties panel allows you to define border setting for your object using the following controls:
Border style
The style of border to be applied to your object (default: none)
Border width
The width, in pixels, of the border (default: 0)
Border colour
The colour of the border (default: black).
Border opacity
How opaque the border will be (default: 1). 0 = totally transparent, 1 = totally opaque, 0.5 = 50% transparent etc.
Roundness
Roundedness of the corners of the shape measured in number of pixels from the corner at which the rounding will begin.
TIP: setting a very high roundness will result in a circle / ellipse.
NOTE: The above properties are applied directly to the shape using CSS. Having a basic understanding CSS will improve your understanding of the effects of these settings.
