Usage Chart
The Usage Chart presents delegate activity across the range of Digital Learning Solutions learning resources by delegates in your centre as a line chart. It shows:
- Course registrations
- Course completions
- Course evaluations
- Knowledge Bank content usage
Over time.
Interacting with the Usage Chart
Hovering over a data point on the usage chart will reveal its detail in a tooltip.
Dragging horizontally on the chart area will zoom in to the range selected.
After zooming, right-clicking will reset the zoom to its original setting.
Filtering the Usage Chart data
Drop down boxes are presented allowing you to filter by the following:
- Job group
- Course level
- Course
- Assessed (does the course include post learning assessments)
By default these filters will be set to "All".
You can also specify a date range to report for (by default this will be the date of your centre's first Tracking System activity to the present day) and a time interval to report by (default: months).
Once you have specified the required filter criteria, clicking Apply Filter will redraw the Usage Chart with your filter setting applied.
Copying the Usage Chart for use in Reports
The usage charts are html canvases rather than images and cannot, therefore, be copied and pasted in other applications. If this is a requirement, use the Print Screen key to copy the screen image to the clipboard and then paste and crop in the desired application.
