Evaluation Summary
After completing a Digital Learning Solutions course with learning materials included, a delegate will be invited to complete an online course evaluation form.
This evaluation form asks 7 questions about the effectiveness of the course undertaken.
The Evaluation Summary report summarises the responses delegates at your centre have made to each question.
Responses are presented in a donut (pie) chart.
Each segment of the donut is labelled to show the percentage of respondents answering in a particular way.
Interacting with the Evaluation Donut charts
Hovering over a donut segment will reveal the detail behind it:
- The answer it represents
- The number of respondents making that response
- The percentage that this represents.
Filtering the Evaluation Summary charts
Drop down boxes are presented allowing you to filter by the following:
- Job group
- Course level
- Course
- Assessed (does the course include post learning assessments)
By default these filters will be set to "All".
You can also specify a date range to report for (by default this will be the date of your centre's first Tracking System activity to the present day).
Once you have specified the required filter criteria, clicking Apply Filter will redraw the charts with your filter setting applied.
