The Groups list works in the same way as many of the other grid views in the Tracking System:

  • Columns can be sorted by clicking their title.
  • Columns can be dragged into a new position in the grid.
  • The Customise Grid option can be used to show / hide columns and setup complex sorting, grouping and filtering.


Each row of the list represents a group.


  • Click the expand  button to expand the group and show delegates and courses associated with the group.
  • Click the Edit button  to edit the Group name / Group description.
  • The number of delegates in the group  and courses associated with the group  will be displayed.
  • The Linked Field column will identify the name of the linked field and indicate whether automatic adding of new delegates  and synchronisation of changes  are active for the group.

Deleting a group

  1. To delete a group and its content, click the Delete button
  2. A confirmation popup will be displayed explaining the consequences of deleting the group. Use the checkbox to indicate whether you wish to Remove related enrolments where course is not yet complete.
  3. Click Confirm to delete the group. Alternatively, click Cancel to close the popup without deleting the group.
