The delegate grouping page is accessed by choosing Groups from the Delegates drop down menu.

Organising delegates into groups allows you to identify learning requirements that are common to the members of that group.

Delegates can be added to groups manually or based on registration information (the information provided in your centre's custom fields or the built-in Job Group field).

Adding Courses to a group will enrol all of the members of that group on the course.

When adding courses to a group, you can specify the amount of time delegates in the group will have to complete that course.

Delegates and courses can be added to more than one group.

TIP: Using the delegate grouping facility will allow you to build complex learning pathways for the staff in your centre.
