Once a session has been added to the schedule, you can edit its details. This may be useful if you want to alter the meeting attendees, the start/finish time or set the agenda for the session.

Modifying a session also allows you to upload files against it. This can be useful if you plan to discuss a document or resource during the session and ensures all attendees will have access to the file during the call.

To modify a session:

  1. Locate the session in the scheduler by navigating to the correct date
  2. Double click the session that you wish to modify
  3. Make any required adjustments to the meeting settings using the form
  4. To add files to the session:

a. Click the Browse… button to locate the file(s) you wish to upload

b. Click Upload to commence uploading.

The files will appear on the Session Files list and will be available to delegates under the supervision session in their Development log and from the Supervision Session interface during the session.
