Create courses, providing only necessary information

Quickly and easily create courses defining only the important and relevant information.

Your course can be assigned to a category and topic to allow it to be found easily by learners and allocated to appropriate administrators and trainers.

Upload digital content (tutorials, assessments, videos, documents etc) created in any tool.

Upload any e-learning content published to a SCORM 1.2 .zip file (the standard e-learning file format produced by Captivate, Storyline and almost every other authoring tool) or upload content produced in our bespoke Content Creator tool as a tutorial, diagnostic skills check or post-learning assessment.

Video and document files can also be easily uploaded against tutorials.

Structure your content to make it digestible and for ease of navigation.

Structure your courses into sections to provide an easy to navigate menu for your learners. Each section can have as many tutorials as required.

Each section can also have a diagnostic (skills check) assessment and a post-learning assessment if appropriate. 

Publish content for your learners and even make it available to other DLS centres.

Once you've previewed your content in the CMS and you're happy with it, you can publish it to your centre with two or three clicks. It will then be available from your Course Setup tab in the Tracking System for distribution to your learners.
