Registration Prompts for Delegates
Each centre can set up to 6 custom questions to be presented to the delegate at registration. These questions can be set as mandatory or optional. You can also create a list of answers to display in a dropdown for the delegates to select from. These differ from the questions set in customisations, in that they will be asked of all staff who register against your centre, rather than on a particular customised course.
To create registration questions:
- From the Centre Configuration page, click Edit.
- Use the Prompt 1 drop down list to to choose a prompt.
- Tick the Mandatory checkbox to make the question mandatory or untick to make optional
- If you would like your users to pick a response from a drop-down list, click in the response options field and enter the options to be presented in the list. Each option should be separated by a carriage return. Leave this field blank to enable the entry of free text.
- Repeat these steps for the remaining questions if required
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit to save changes to this section
