Once logged in, the My Delegate Details button will be available from the app selector.

  1. Click to open the app selector:

  1. Click to open the My Delegate Details modal dialogue:

From the modal, you can:

  • Edit your registered name, e-mail address, job group and custom registration information required by your centre.
  • Manage your notification preferences (subscribe and unsubscribe from e-mail notifications).
  • Change your password.

To Manage Your Details

To change your registered name, e-mail address, job group etc:

  1. Make any amendments required to the First name, Last name, Email address, Job Group and any custom fields.

To manage your notification preferences:

  1. Work through the list of e-mail notifications available in the system and Subscribe / Unsubscribe from them using the toggle button to the right.

TIP:  Click the information icon to the right of the notification title for a full description of each notification.

To change your password:

  1. Click the Set Password button.
  2. Enter your new password in the New Password field and repeat in the Confirm Password field

To confirm all of your changes:

  1. Click Save to confirm the changes. Alternatively click Cancel to close the window without saving changes.
