The Knowledge Bank allows you to search through the content of all of the courses available at your centre and provides direct access to any video or e-learning content they contain.

The Knowledge Bank is a great source of just-in-time learning and refresher training, providing you with the help you need to complete the task at hand.

By default, the Knowledge Bank will display the 20 most popular tutorials (measured on views and ratings).

Searching the Knowledge Bank

Use the search box and filters in the What do you need to know? area to locate the content you require:

  1. Specify a search term e.g. "chart"
  2. Use the Brand, Category and Topic multi-select drop downs to further filter your results.
  3. Click Go.

Search results will be displayed that match your criteria.

  1. Use the number buttons beneath the results to move through the results.
  2. Click the View Video or Launch Tutorial button to view the content for a result.

Searching for YouTube Content

NOTE: YouTube searching may have been disabled by your centre administrator.

Once you have performed a search, if you haven't found what you were looking for, you can use your search terms and filters to try to locate video content on YouTube.

  1. Perform a search and filter criteria specified as per Searching the Knowledge Bank instructions
  2. Click the Show unsolicited results from YouTube button.
  3. Use the number buttons beneath the results to move through the results.
  4. Click the View Video button to view the content for a result.
