Administrators
The Administrators interface is only available to Centre Managers
The Administrators page displays a list of all centre administrators both approved and pending approval.
The Roles column will display the roles associated with a user. The panel in the top right of the screen will display the number of each role assigned and available within your centre.
The roles available are:
Centre Manager |
Only one user can be designated as centre manager for each centre. To change the designated centre manager for a centre you will need to request this by raising a Support Ticket. |

Administrators |
All users who have access to the tracking system for the centre (including supervisors, trainers etc) are administrators. There is no limit to the number of administrators at one centre. |

Supervisors |
Supervisors are centre administrators who can be given the role of supervisor for a learner or a group of learners and can access supervisor support tools to undertake this role. |

Trainers |
Trainers have access to tools for the delivery and management of face-to-face training through the system. The can schedule training sessions, manage bookings and record outcomes and attendance. |

CMS Administrators |
CMS Administrators can use the Content Management System to create bespoke courses from the centrally provided content, by mixing and matching tutorials from other courses. |
|
CMS Managers |
CMS Managers can use the Content Management System to create entirely new courses by uploading e-learning tutorials, assessments etc. |
|
Content Creators |
Content Creators are able to download the Content Creator e-learning and assessment authoring tool to create content for delivery through the system. |
The Course Cat column will display the Course Category that the administrator is assigned to. When assigned to a specific course category, a user will only be able to manage, supervise or train learners on courses within that category. Information relating to courses within other categories will not be visible to them.
Administrator registrations that have not been approved will display with a checked icon in the Approved column.
Administrator registrations which have been approved will display with an unchecked icon in the Approved column.
The Locked column will contain a padlock button for any administrators who have locked their account by entering incorrect credentials 5 times in a row. Clicking this button will unlock their account.
Working with the Administrators Grid
To search the list type your search term in the search box above the list and press the Return key.
To sort the table data, click on the column header. Click on the header more than once to toggle between ascending and descending order.
To filter the table, click the filter icon in a column header, choose the filter item to filter on.
