    • Click Upload to upload to the server. The Tutorial URL path will be completed at this point.
  1. If you wish to specify the length of the e-learning tutorial (rather than having the system calculate an average), spcify the length in minutes using the Override Tutorial Mins spinner control.
  2. Optionally, paste a Supporting Materials URL or use Browse / Upload to upload them.
  3. Specify whether the tutorial will be Active (if not, learners won't see it).
  4. Specify the tutorial Objectives, using the text editor.
  5. Choose an assessment type (either online diagnostic / post learning assessment or one of the available self assessment frameworks)

If choosing online diagnostic / post learning assessments:

    • If using a third party authoring tool, you may be able to match SCORM interaction IDs to objectives in the test by supplying a comma separated list of interaction IDs in the Diagnostic interaction ID list field. We recommend using Content Creator to produce Diagnostic Assessments, instead.
    • Use the Diagnostic Possible Score spinner to specify the maximum score achievable in the diagnostic assessment against the objectives in this tutorial. You may need to edit the tutorial to fine tune this once the Diagnostic has been developed.

If choosing a self assessment framework:

    • Specify whether to Include Action Plan (development log) within the self assessment interface.
    • Specify whether a Supervisor Verifies Completion of the Self Assessment.
    • And, if so, what the success and fail text are for supervisor verification.
  1. Enter Keywords that will help learners to find the tutorial using a Knowledge Bank search.
  2. Click Insert to add the tutorial.
  3. Or click Cancel to close the form without adding (this will remove any content uploaded in steps 3, 4 and 6 above).
