Step 3 is the all-important recording of key reasonable adjustments needed; such as communication requirements. Remember only record the key adjustments, as concise flags are easier to read and action.

There are two different ways to record potential adjustments to care. You can either:

1. Select the appropriate adjustment from the pick lists displayed by clicking the link next to the relevant Reasonable Adjustment categories below; or
2. Type the adjustment in the search field; and as you type, coded adjustments (from the picklists) that match your typing will display. You can then either select a relevant coded entry as it appears or continue to type in order to create a bespoke adjustment. Then click Add.
